hi fabio, help please. I created a software raid with version 1820, on snow 10.6.8 .

I'm using a SSDT-injected sound inside my SSDT, but dont works for me audio, but if I use a dsdt audio works fine.

If this intervent on your topic is off topic I apologize.

Maybe chamaleon dont work on raid software ?

 

Yep is OFF topic.

Chameleon works also with Software Raid.

Probably there is some kind of error/issue with your injection?

From commit 1903:

Added "NVDA,Child" device_type support for non-primary NVIDIA cards. This is a quick&dirty way, we need a proper implementation.

 

So from this revision Chamleon "support" Nvidia multiple card without DSDT Edits or proper EFI strings Injections :thumbsup_anim:

ONLY FOR NVIDIA MULTIPLE CARD

this last version r1908 show my graphic card ati radeon mobility 5400 series, and the other versions show the card ati radeon 5470M , but i don't see any issues, is only cosmetic.

Thanks Fabio 1908 works just great even with my two old crappy noname 7300 gs videocards.

 

For this install I just cloned the 10.6.8 from a late 2011 Imac and with 1908 my old GA EP45- DS3 q6600 cpu works better than ever.

ciao fabio, io ho un hp dv6 con i5 460m. avrei due schede grafiche sul mio portatile, la integrata intel e la ati 5470 come artur-pt. si può fare qualcosa per farla funzionare?? grazie in anticipo

maybe there is a wrong kernel flag in boot.chamelon or in smbios? i set my smbios in macbook pro 6,1. or is a problem of ati kext? uff thanks

Localizable.strings

This module provides a standard c library for modules to link to if the library provided by chameleon is insufficient.

This is currently only used by the uClibc++ library.

Ez a modul kiolvassa az 'EDID' információkat az elsődleges monitorból.

The module is currently not integrated into trunk and has minimal uses as it stands.

Additionally, the module will patch the vesa modes available in pre intel hd graphics cards to provide proper resolution while booting.

 

This module provides a minimalistic c++ runtime library for use in other modules. This does not provide functionality by itself, instead it is used to allow for the c++ language to be used in other modules.

*Please note that rtti and exceptions has both been disabled.
