What am i missing? I also can't make my sound works... i have alc883 integrated... Tried several kexts, but i'm not sure that i install them correctly... (4 500GB HDD's as a Raid5-Array) Why wait for a 10.4 Kernel? superblik Posted August 19, 2010 Share Posted August 19, 2010 Hello sir, i recently started to mess with trying to get mac on my windows pc. i learned alot on this forum that u need certain kexts to get it working etc, the right kernel etc. But still i cant figure it out boot cd works fine retail dvd works fine,but at arround 28 % my install hangs and getting a kernel panic. QUICK EDIT: i already unselected printer and lang drivers. Here is my hardware: nvidia geforece 9600 gt. amd athlon 6000 x 2 64 bit processor. 4g of memory. foxconn motherboard. Hd Maxtor 6b200p0 ATA device (200GB) Arghhh i got dragged into the mac world ! ps i tryed to install with another guide iatkos v7 it worked here for a little bit only was getting a kernel panic when i tryed to mount a .dmg file. so it should work getting mac os x on my pc but cant seem to figure out the right things to select at customize screen. if u want i can get u some photos of the panics.
