dtb06
Hi everybody ! My external drives (USB HDD, USB key) are not mounted on OSX. Sometimes it works right, but most of the time it doesn't work. What is strange is that I have an USB mouse that always works, I can unplug it and then plug it again and there is no problem, but when I plug a disk, even on the same USB port (instead of the mouse), it is not mounted. In the system profiler, the device is recognized (USB mass storing device), but there is nothing on the desktop and nothing in the disk utility... Mounting my internal SATA and IDE HDD is OK, even NTFS and extfs (with NTFS and extfs utilities). I have 10.5.7 installed from iPC 10.5.5 and updated from software update on an Abit KN8SLI motherboard (s939) + Athlon 3800+ X2 with all the necessary patches (seatbelt, AC97, nvDarwin...) If someone has an idea... Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/213392-not-mounting-usb-drives-on-nforce4/ Share on other sites
