Sebz93 Posted January 23, 2010 Share Posted January 23, 2010 So, I'm completely new to this whole Hackintosh thing. Everything seems to be working fairly well, except my audio is horrible. It's really choppy and laggy. My video driver isn't really recognized, so I can't maximize my resolution, but that's not a huge deal. I have a Dell Vostro 1000 laptop, by the way. What I'm wondering is, is there an available kext for my laptop speakers? I've used a couple other kexts, but nothing improves it. I have Garageband (from an iLife disc that I own), but the audio is so bad that I can't even use it properly. So, if anyone knows of the kext I need, please let me know!
