small update for anyone intrested:

Kernels - Used 9.4.0 StageXNU Universal, seems to be working fine.

Chipset - My Q320 uses Intel PM45 + ICH9M. So i used Intel ICHx + ICH10 drivers, which seemed to be working fine. Should just work using ether 1 but i dunno which 1 :D

Video - I used Natit, which works except theres a nasty window bug where it disappears on moving. There doesn't seem to be any G105M drivers but there is a G105m support topic that may help out. Will read through later. (see bottom)

DVD Drive - Works fine for me... Not tried burning yet.

Audio - Mine has Realtek ALC272 (possibly GR). Tried some drivers out there but no luck yet. Will keep trying.

WIFI - Mine has the Intel® WiFi Link 5100 AGN. Cant find any drivers for this anywhere but just by searching everyone seems to be having the same issue. Just gotta wait on this i guess.

Ethernet - Mine has the Marvell Yukon 88E8057. And again cant find any drivers for this ether... Will still keep looking....

Keyboard/Mouse - managed to get the q320 mouse and keyboard to work using the PS/2 drivers (you can get away with it by using just the keyboard one in iPc)

USB - Fully working to my knowledge, everything i have plugged in works fine.

Bluetooth - Funny enough, works for me without any drivers.... odd?

Other Stuff (Webcam,Card Reader etc) - Not attempted to find yet. Need to get the other stuff working first :)

I also installed - ACPI Fix, Restart/Shutdown Fix, AppleACPIBatteryMonitor, Patch DSDT, Kext Helper.

Hope this helps someone out there. This is my first time installing (and using) OSX so i may be wrong with using some stuff.

UPDATE: The GT200 Drivers + Enabler Works Perfectly for The Video, Still install the Natit first then when osx is installed, use Kext Helper to install the packages.
