jasjeet
im at school for 4 more Hours, ill put it up when i get home. It was a IONetworkingFamily.Kext and i used the AppleYukon2Injector.Kext package. Upon reboot, Network utility saw Ethernet, i had to unplug the cable and put it back into the PC a few times to get it to actually connect to the net, then it was perfect. I dont know why but the Ethernet light on the Router didnt appear until i did this. ATi 4850 is next objective, then Audio. All else works. I did try AppleHDA.kext in Post 1 but it seemed to give kernal panics in verbose mode. Ethernet Kext: I found the links http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php...st&id=55087 And http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php...st&id=54668 Install both Kexts with Kext Utility. I ended up installing on a 2.5 sata no dsdt very few kexts' and up and running. turned jmic off altogether. My data is on ide so ill sync off this h/w. works great 4.4GHz no kps. dman0285
i can't get my SL to detect my HDDs. I know it's because i got the HDD mode set to RAID. When I was iDeneb 10.5.6 it work with the RAID mode. I don't know how to get it to work now. I got a raid setup for my windows vista, so i don't want to switch the BIOS to AHCI and screw up my RAID. Any ideas?
