Well it all looks good to me but i would recommend atleast a 500 watt power supply so you have room to upgrade in the future, i.e beter graphics card later will probably require a bigger power supply.

 

As for installing leopard there are plenty of guides but if you want snow leopard i would wait for a guide for i7 motherboards. :huh:

In that case, 400W are more than enough.

 

It's a nice rig, but the memory seems very slow to me. I know DDR3 prices are "getting high" again, but if you have a few bucks left, buy CL7 1333MHz modules instead of these CL9. Check OCZ Platinum prices.
