Hi,

In my System Profiler, the "Hardware" section is completely gone. (See screenshot attached)

I think this is because I deleted some file when trying to change my model name to "macpro3,1".

Of course, me being me, I don't know which file I deleted to cause this change.

Is there a way to get the "Hardware" section back?

Oh, and how can I change the model name of my hackintosh to "MacPro3,1"?

Regards,

-Ryan

*EDIT: forgot to attach file*

I tried OSx86 tools and UInstaller and neither of them worked.

However, the popping noise from my audio is gone, which is why I was trying to change the System Profiler information in the first place.

So, I suppose, the problem is solved?

(I still don't have a hardware section in System Profiler though.)

EDIT: never mind, the pop is still there.

:censored2: I might have to consider doing a full re-install of some sort...
