Jadedknight
I have one SATA drive with Mac OSX X86 on it and another SATA drive with Windows XP. (Yes seperate drives NOT partitions) The only way I can boot into windows is if I turn of the mac drive in my bios. Is there anyway to select which OS I want to boot from a list? Btw the Mac drive is my Promary HD and the other SATA is just regular. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/16127-dual-boot-question/ Share on other sites
Jadedknight
Ok I fixed it incase anyone wants to know. I did the chain0 thing. Added the mac os line to the boot.ini and made my windows drive boot first. bluedragon1971
Yep, that is the best way to go. Easy, and it works 100% of the time when using separate drives for the two OS's.
