If you are really having that much problem with you Mac, you should either 1) return it or 2) get a Windows machine so you can realize how lucky you are to have a Mac. And is certainly an exaggeration, but it's an old video, probably inspired by a frustrating first impression of OS X 10.0, wich was very unstable. Another great one is the one about Mac gaiming.
