Last night (this morning?) pretty well into sleep deprivation, I posted this topic in what I think was the wrong forum because I didn't see this one some how. Anyway, I thought I would move it here since it seems more appropriate.

Basically, I'm trying to install OS X on my 900A. I have a SSD with a working copy of the Kalyway image on it that I've booted all the way to setup on a Dell Latitude. But when I try to boot it on my 900A, it freezes at the gray Apple screen. I've read that updating the BIOS with a hack can fix this, and I've tried doing so a couple times (once with a 1000.ROM and with a 901.ROM, both renamed to 900A.ROM), the 1000 which gave the error that it didn't match the ROMID, the 901 saying it was too old or didn't match the motherboard.

I've been searching for a good while, but can't find anything on the 900A specifically, and I'd really appreciate some help.

And an update on this, I found a 900A file on OSXCORES.SITE50.net, but the zip file is corrupted and won't let me extract or open it.
