Aidan
I have this weird cheap CNet PRO200 network card and I have tried everything possible to make it work, and I just can`t seem to do it. I am running OSX86 10.4.1 natively on a Pentium 4 (Prescott)@3.2 GHz, with HT, 1 GB DDR, on an Intel D865PERL motherboard (the LAN-less model, obviously) ... everything works perfect... SATA, AC97, IDE, everything... but no networking. I have done all the research and have already tried to make it work through Tulip, both 1.0.0 and 1.2.0, and still nothing. The general consensus seems to be that these cards manufactured by CNet just don´t work. Is that a fact? Should I just buy a compatible card and stop trying altogether? Please, any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. anorris
Judging by the three other threads I've found about this, the HCL on the wiki, and the fact that mine doesn't work, I'm gonna say get yourself a different NIC.
