Lambros
Hey all, I installed iAtkos fine, it restarted and I selected Leopard from boot. The Apple logo then appears and the computer restarts. Any suggestions on what I should do? I think I had this problem after installing an earlier version of iAtkos, but I can't remember how I resolved it. Thanks! justfred
What do you see when you boot with the option -v? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/140656-iatkos-v5i-installs-apple-logo-comes-up-then-restartwtf/#findComment-996620 Share on other sites
Lambros
It comes up with some text, then some smaller text (very quickly), then the computer shuts down. Any ideas? m1330dude
boot with the -x option and see if it goes into safemode. If it still restarts, reinstall your iatkos (you did not say which version) with NO customizations and try again. Lambros
I'm using iAtkos v5i (as stated in the heading). As far as I know this is Leopard 10.5.5. Trying the -x command now, ill reply soon. Ok some white text came up on a black screen, then the logo appeared and the computer restarted. When you say to install again without the addons, should I go and untick all the default addons, except for the main thing and the bootloader? Or, should I simply not even select customize? Thanks.
