Hello, everyone.

I am having a bit of trouble with partitioning off a section of my HD in order to install an OSx86 program and I've run in to a bit of a problem. Seems as if, a while back, I decided to merge my entire harddrive in to a single partition. I'm trying to create a new one (Using Vista) but I've run in to a hitch. For some odd reason, I have a very (very) small unallocated section of my HD (9 MB haha). I'm trying to shrink the larger section (approx. 186 GB) so that I can allocated the minimum 6 GB to dedicate to Leopard. But the shrink option under the disk management program in Vista will only give me 4 GB. Is there some sort of program I can download in order to relieve this problem? I read on the wiki about Partition Magic 8 but it doesn't seem to be cooperating with Vista (32-bit, if that makes a difference).

Thanks you very much!

Boot to the vista disc and then goto startup repair. Or you could try changing the boot flag. When you partition and have a ne wpartition before vista partition it changes its location, so you use startup repair to change the bcd to point to the new locations. Its all automatic.
