Image/dd/restore/clone the disk image onto the stick and add chameleon.

Easiest is to do this in os x (restore the image with disk util, run chameleon installer & select the usb stick, and done.) I've never tried doing it in windows, but it should be perfectly doable with a combination of cloning tools, transmac, dd etc.

This assumes the image is pre-patched. if it is retail, you'll ned to add some boot-132 cleverness or patch for yourself.

use VMware and then set it up to use one of your disks or partitions as the os disk and set the cd drive to use the .iso to run installation and when it is done installing restart your computer and then select the mac disk as your boot disk instead of the windows disk and your done.
