I apologize in advance if this is naive but I have poked around and I still haven't found a satisfiable way to stably upgrade. I currently have 10.4.1 running stably on my P4 3.4ghz which I installed from the deadmoo image. I am wondering which install files I need +which patches (from the Mxs site?) to be able to upgrade to 10.4.3 at least if not .5 as easily as possible. Also is it possible just to upgrade using the official 10.4.5 installer from apple.com and just install it with a patched installer?

Thanks for any insight you can give.

If you have the hardware spec similar to Apple Dev Kit (P4 with SSE3, i915G chipset), you can do the native installation with OSx86 10.4.4/5 Patched DVD (with Myzar PPF).

The iso DVD image can be found at :( bay.

This is the most straight forward and hasslefree method to get OSx86 10.4.5 on your PC (provided you have the compatible spec).

I have also installed MacOS using Marklars iso and the Generic OSX86 Release 1 patch on a SSE2 machine.

Is it possible to update to 10.4.5? I did found an update to 10.4.3 although couldn't find details on how to perform the update.

Is there a prepatched version for 10.4.5 available? (SSE2)
