woras
I done install into two different laptops: Vaio VGN-FE11M and HP nc6400. First step: Download from torrent Leopard 10.5.2 iATKOS 2.0i BS Release and burn it. I suggest you to use lower speed, x2.4 works fine. Start PC and boot it from DVD. Boot options: -v for verbose, -x for safe mode, cpus=1 for disable cores support for HP nc6400 you need use cpus=1 option otherwise install will hang, some times in different parts. Install starts. At first screen press next. Step two: Go to utilities -> disk manager to create Mac partition, it could be not all disk partition, I use 30 GB Mac partition and rest is fat. Personally I used USB HDD for MacOs, don't want to screw up me windows Not all laptops can boot from external USB HDD, check is yours BIOS support it. After partitioning done, close disk manager and continue with install. If installation successful proceed with step three. Step three: Boot yours OS X. For me scenario Intel Pro/Wireless 3945ABG not working on both laptops. No network for me:/. Rest works fine. If you lucky and yours network card is working download from apple.com Leopard 10.5.3 combo update. Also you will need Pacifist from www.charlessoft.com. Otherwise download on other PC and transfer via USB HDD or stick. Step four: 1. Mount up Pacifist and install it. 2. Mount up the OSX 10.5.3 DMG. 3. Now Right click MacOSXUpdCombo10.5.3.pkg and select open with Pacifist. 4. Click the drop down button of Contents of MacOSXUpdCombo 10.5.3pkg. 4.1 select 'Applications' and hit the install button. It will ask for your root/Administrator password. Enter it. If you see any dialogue boxes just simply hit Replace or update. 4.2 do same procedures with bin. 4.3 Library, create backup and install like previous two. 4.4 mach_kernel and mach_kernel.ctfsys DO NOT INSTALL THEM. 4.5 Private click install 4.6 System, press drop down until you see Library. Select all except Extensions, SystemConfiguration and hit install. 4.7 Finally usr folder, hit installs and you are finished. Close Pacifist. Step five: Reboot. On boot screen type boot option -f -v if needed cpus=1 If you boot into Mac Os you successfully upgraded to 10.5.3 and you have old 9.2 kernel. If you want new 9.3 kernel download from torrent Kalyway 10.5.3 Combo Update. Skip 1_Kalyway_UpdCombo10.5.3.pkg file. Use only 2_kalyway_10.5.3_kernel.pkg file. Press install. Install started you will see 2 options to choose, use vanilla 9.3 kernel its original from Apple. After install reboot. On boot screen type -v update if needed cpus=1 While booting you will see what kernel now are 9.3 if you booted to Mac Os you are successfully upgraded yours Os. Now download iPhone SDK and develop some nice iPhone applications. Good luck.

There are lot of people in this forum with the same problem. What is you describe, as an installation sound more then revolutionary for PC fans. Are you sure, you have QE and CI working with Go7400.? Can you show a picture of your System Profiler.? And please excuse my English, I'm from Bulgaria.
