Using my trusty ol' EVGA GeForce 5200FX 128MB, my menu bar isn't transparent (Kalyway Leopard), however after shoving in an XFX 6800 XT (GS?) 256MB card, I can see it. My question is: What gives? According to my system, this 128MB card is "fully supported." with CI/QE and plays all the games I throw at it that require around the same specs of a Mac Mini (GMA950).

I'm running at 100Hz, 1024x768.

Any ideas? Thanks.

But both cards are labeled "GeForce," that's what I don't understand.I had an old copy of Natit which claimed my card supported QE/CI. Now I removed that and used the latest NVInject and it's telling me I have CE but not QE. Any ideas?eVGA GeForce 5200FX 128MB PCI (Not PCI-e!) Card.

The transparent menu bar never worked with any Leopard build using Natit and this is my first time trying NVInject.

What about these cards? Would these give me the full support I need as well if I can't find the 6-series GeForce locally?

I'm currently running the latest NVInject.

Any other cheap 256MB PCI (Not PCI-e or AGP) cards I can pick up for $40-$70 that work well besides 6-series GeForce? Better yet, is it just with 5 series "FX" cards that this issue happens with OpenGL?
