yowhatupg Posted August 29, 2009 Share Posted August 29, 2009 I have a dual DVI Radeon 4870 512MB on my hack, which is running 10.5.7. I've got Netkas' driver installed, so I have full resolution change, QE, CI all working. However, I still need the DVI2VGA adaptor plugged in to get the screen to show up, and only one screen is working. How can I fix this last problem, so I can use two monitors again? Thanks. I have downloaded the suitable package for my ATI RADEON HD 3650 AGP but i do not know how to install it I do not know if i have to tell the installer to use the package before confirm to install, or use the package after the installation to tweak the installed os X to get my AGP Card to work I am not sure if the package I downloaded Is the same like the one I can find in the third party extensions list of the installation tool of my iso. slam_jack Posted August 31, 2009 Share Posted August 31, 2009 its HD 3870x2 AGAIN! and it doesnt work under Leo4allv2 10.5.2 I tried natit, pkgs, and so on, but i can only boot without the drivers, cause if i install pkg, the black( or patterned) screen appears . I think its very big problem with this card among Hackintosh users, so lets create the special theme and 2gether will try to come to solution. My hardware - QuadCore Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600, 2400 MHz (9 x 267) Gigabyte GA-P31-S3L (3 PCI, 3 PCI-E x1, 1 PCI-E x16, 4 DDR2 DIMM, Audio, Gigabit LAN) Intel Bearlake P31 ATI Radeon HD 3870 X2 Please help, i dont really know what to do, i want my 1280x1024 resolution! Is it possible to get my ATI Radeon 3200 HD for my desktop up and running fully with 10.5.8? If not fully but is there a way to get a higher resolution? Or what can i do??? I have a Hackintosh made with an AMD Gigabit GA-MA78GM-US2H motherboard. It stands an internal HD 3200. I've read that other computes (especifically HP laptops) use the same graphic card. Then, we are a lot of people praying for a solution. I hope that a gentle person, an specialist, would help to find it. Some says that it's difficult fix it -because has shared memory, and it would be almost impossible to be Quartz Extream capable. Another says that it would be better get another graphic card -If this doesn't walk, we'd have two graphic cards. Maybe if we could pach the kern. I don't know. But not yet. Is the download named "ATI Radeon HD 3650 10.5.5 - 10.5.x" the right one for the ATI MOBILITY Radeon HD 3650 ?
