carpespasm
Hi all. I'm trying to get one of the machines I have working with osX, but it hasn't gone so well yet. I have 5 machines, they all reboot before filling the screen with text if left to boot the dvd on it's own, but if I do F8 and -x then it loads up some but on each one reboots before getting into the graphical install, while loading .kext files. My disc was burned at 4x, and the only way I would think the disc is bad is if the media being somewhat old might cause a problem. Below is a list of the boards and some info on each. Any Ideas anyone might have would be much appreciated! Hagar
Could you maybe start by actually researching what kind of hardware is on those boards? if you do that and compare them to the wiki you should already have a pretty good idea what will work. carpespasm
I'm doing that as well, but I thought I'd ask to see if anyone might think it's more indicative of a bad burn or something to help steer me the right direction.
