Aggg45
The vista bootloader is ok, I just want it to automatically load leopard when I select it but as you can see from the screenshots I have a timer which I press a key to enter the os's which are available and then have to select the mac partition it would be more simple if I could automatically boot it instead of doing that extra step I modified the com.apple.boot.plist which has -legacy and a timer set to 10 is there any way of doing this??? NAVKUMAR
From what I understand the Darwin bootloader selects the partition set to active as the default option. Hence the only way that I know to work around this is to set the OS X partition to active, and then select the vista/xp bootloader from there for xp/vista. likepassion
i've the same problem, but if i set the osx partition active, i get the HFS+ Partion Error H000000000, so i've to use the Vista part active but so to boot osx i've to select osx twice... pritthish
just set OSX to be the active partition... thats what i have on my machine... and you shouldn't get any HFS+ errors if you have PC EFI or Chameleon EFI installed Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/102761-auto-select-mac-partition-screenshot/#findComment-889759 Share on other sites
