curlyboy
Sounds like the system cant find the drive could try a repair with your xp install disc failing that its a re-install Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/101929-ntldr-missing/#findComment-743422 Share on other sites
iSkylla
Yeah, it really is odd plus I had just reformatted it before I re-installed Leo4All. I guess I'll format it within Gparted and install OSX on it again. super odd... the only thing i can say is to reformat, but it'll soon happen again. What happened with your drive, did you format it? A Hamster
i installed Kalyway's, worked, a month later, NTLDR MISSING. Installed Leo4AllV3, worked, a month later, NTLDR MISSING. I give up until someone can find a reason why this is happening to us. iSkylla
awesome. once you find out, hook me up with the solution! Seems to be working, drive is booting fine right now. I simply formatted it two times, I went back to MBR and then back to GUID and partitioned it, seems to be doing fine right now but only time will tell. A Hamster
may i ask, what's the purpose of going back to mbr then back to guid? Why not just keep it as guid? iSkylla
may i ask, what's the purpose of going back to mbr then back to guid? Why not just keep it as guid? I just did it for lack of a better idea. By pushing random buttons, one of them is bound to do something Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/101929-ntldr-missing/#findComment-743624 Share on other sites
