I have friends with older mac's that also want to do the same and have similar questions to mine and probably yours... As for programs that claim to provide functionality, i only know of two Remote buddy http://www.iospirit.com/index.php?mode=vie...bc4108db986bbce and Mira http://twistedmelon.com/mira/ Now for the questions hopefully the pro's could answer 1. Are their any freeware programs that do this? 2. What IR transmitters work? Would any USB IR receiver work? 3. How do i pair the devices?
