does it work on el capitan?? the current drivers I use for RT2870 (from http://store.bearextender.com/pages/regarding-yosemite-compatiblity) break sleep

Driver version 5.01.25 is out  with version 5.0.0.27 of utility !

don't work on yosemite 10.10.1 wireless utility it does not open

I downloaded and installed the MediaTek 5.01.25 driver but it does not work for me on El Capitan. Just like the older driver, the icon shows up in the top toolbar but the only option "Open wireless utility" does nothing. If I run WirelessUtility manually it says "No driver".

 

What am I doing wrong?

This driver breaks my El Capitan install, it will forever reboot halfway through startup...

i confirm this utilitie work with el capitan ( first you most disable the apple security protection ) .

any updates on how to install this in el capitan?
